What We Do
We provide a high-quality espresso coffee cart service at a
variety of events and functions in Sydney and
the Blue Mountains, including exhibitions and
conferences, corporate and private functions, trade shows, concerts, weddings,
sports events, and festivals. We know what it takes to make a great cup of
coffee; and our aim is to provide our customers with the best coffee drinking
experience possible.
What You Get
Using high-quality ingredients, we serve drinks from the
standard coffee menu you find in most cafes as well as hot chocolate, a
selection of specialty teas, herbal teas and spiced chai. In summer we also
serve iced coffee, iced chocolate and iced tea. Our “Rainforest Alliance” coffee
beans are supplied by award-winning boutique roaster - Blue Mountains Coffee
Roasters and include a decaffeinated option, while milk supplies include full
cream, skim, and soy. If required, we can also have available lactose-free
milk. We use high-quality, recyclable paper cups that have excellent
insulation properties, a comfortable feel in the hand, and are pleasant to
drink from.
Our Coffee Carts
While we are mobile with our coffee making equipment our
focus is not on transport, but on customer service. We do not operate out of
the back or side of a van that is designed for transport rather than customer
service which leaves customers staring at the back of the coffee machine
operator while he makes the drinks. When set up, our coffee carts allow our
skilled baristi to be in a friendly, customer-facing position and make drinks
right in front of the customer.
Yes, You Can Corporate Brand
Our coffee carts are often sponsored by companies, and corporate
branding of carts is possible for any event. The high quality of our espresso
coffee cart service makes it a great crowd-puller at trade fairs, exhibitions,
conferences, and marketing promotions.
How We Charge
Coffee cart hire is on an all-inclusive flat-rate, half-day
or full-day basis and includes skilled barista staff and all supplies so there
are no surprise “extras” to pay for after your event. Our hire charges are very
competitive and while you may find cheaper coffee caterers for your event
you’ll be hard pressed to find a better coffee drinking experience than the one
we provide.
When to Book
If you’re thinking about hiring us the earlier you book the
better. As a boutique espresso coffee service provider our standards are high
and that’s the way we like to keep it. Consequently, much of our business comes
from returning clients and we are unable to meet all the new demand for our
services. We typically have bookings as far as 12 months ahead and it’s rare
for us to have any availability at all within 2 weeks of the date you’re
reading this. If we are fully booked on the date you would like we’ll refer you
to the only competitor of ours we would recommend, who provides a similar high
quality service to ours.
